Sparky Riot est un groupe de dub parisien fondé en 2012 par le producteur 4bstr4ck3r et le chanteur Daman. Mêlant des influences variées, de la bass music aux musiques traditionnelles, ce projet livre un dub stepper festif et dansant aux textes engagés. Le groupe a déjà joué dans de nombreuses villes et festivals et partagé la scène avec des pointures du dub (One Love Festival, Dubkasm, Mr Zebre, Feldub,Pitch Black, Fedayi Pacha, ...). 

Sur scène ou en sound system, Sparky Riot est aujourd'hui composé de 5 membres : 4bstr4ck3r (machines), Luca (batterie digitales), Adrien (clarinette), Kevin (saxophone et chant) et Daman (chant). Un live où les solos de clarinette et de saxophone s’alternent et se répondent, où la percussion accompagne des lignes de basse puissantes, où les voix s’harmonisent sur des instrumentales mixées en direct à coup de delay et de réverbération.

Based in Cologne, the Delay Paws are keen on the 70s Oldskool Dub flavoured with delay effects. On drum machine, piano, bass, ukulele and vocals with jazz influences, they're always reinventing it for these days.
