Dub For Light is the alter ego of musician, producer, and all around music obsessive Larry DiGiovanni. A purveyor of dub reggae since 2001, his music knows no boundaries and makes no apologies. This multi-instrumentalist first embarked on the creation of soundscapes after over a decade of immersion in the New York tri-state hardcore/punk scene. His insight, as well as sense of ambience and color are prominent in his mixing style and consistently pay homage to original dub pioneers such as King Tubby, Scientist and Lee Scratch Perry. From spacious, organic sounds to digital dance rhythms, Dub-For-Light leaves his unique stamp on every track he produces.
