I was born in Dallas, TX in 1978 & moved to Omaha, NE in 1980.  I was the middle child with 2 siblings, an older brother & a younger sister.  We moved to Decatur St. on the north side of Omaha in 1984 where I spent the most of my childhood.  We spent a lot of time at my grandmother’s house a few miles north on Pratt St during the school since both my parents worked & my mom was going back to school.  The children I grew up with on Decatur St. make up the bulk of the circle of close friends I still have today.  After my brother died in 1993 we moved to the Westside of Omaha where another chapter of my life was beginning.  I dropped out of high school my junior year, got my GED and started business classes at Metro Community College.  After the second qtr I dropped out and began working miscellaneous jobs from fast-food to tele-marketing.  I partied a lot, sold a lot of drugs, making a lot of money & my only ambition in life was to make more money as fast as possible.  In 1999 I was convicted of possession with intent to deliver, which was changed to attempted delivery.  Because I was not a violent offender (and my attorney went fishing with him every summer), the district court judge sentenced me to 2yrs felony probation.  The next 5yrs of my life were spent mostly on the run from probation violations & new criminal charges I gained living the same fast life that almost sent me to prison.  My son Josiah was born in 2000 & his mom was very adamant about not having my son around me while I still maintained that lifestyle.  I began writing music & found that I was gifted with that particular skill, so I found that as my new passion and recorded my first track “Deadicated” in 2001.  I went to California in 2003 signed to Unstable Records and began recording my first album, which was completed in 2004.  I started an entertainment group VSOP-MEGA LLC in 2006 and worked on building a reputation as a music professional.  That began another chapter of my life to where I had a deep passion for the universal questions of “why?”  I had seen and lost so much in my life; felt the worse of pains and regret & it seemed I needed to find my true purpose… because I was still here for a reason.  I began to pursue knowledge and wisdom as if it had a billion dollar price tag & began to work on my personal growth.  Since then I have drafted education reform ideas, community coalition formats, tax reform & wrote speeches speaking on community dynamics.  Most recently, I had a radio talk show “Vendetti’s Block”, which focused on those kinds of ideas & concepts.  For me, everyday is an inch of growth.
