Contrast music is a hip hop group out of Virginia established 2014 but has been doing solo work since 2000.  Contrast is made up of two artist Hallsdagreat and Mal500 with production by Kalonthebeat and Halls baby production.  Contrast is a mixture of multiple styles from down south club hits to the lyrical content of an east coast lyricist.  Hallsdagreat brings in the lyrical aspect comparable to Eminem, Snoop Dogg (Snoop Lion), Royce da 5'9", Outkast, and J Cole.  Mal500 Brings in the smooth punchy but slower pace lyrics comparable to Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Drake and Young thug.  With great production of Kalonthebeat comparable to Swiss beats, Mike Will, and DJ Mustard.  Contrast as a group brings the full package of a true hip hop group not lacking in any department.  Most artist either have great lyrics and beat with no hook or no lyrics but great hook and beat Contrast bring all three.  So take a listen to the new generation of music without loosing the value of what the hip hop pioneers have created.
