Founded in 2014, Lateral Fragments aims to release deep techno music, standing up to the highest quality standards. Label owners Peter Gommers and Rick Janssen (a.k.a. Pjotr G & Dubiosity) are not entirely new to the game, being responsible for a wide array of releases spanning various labels. Lateral Fragments is a tool to realise their vision of what deserves to be heard. It is not about putting as much noise out there as possible, but what gets put out there and bears the Lateral Fragments stamp will be worth enjoying.

Matias Ferdennaz aka Distant is a DJ/Producer from Cordoba, Argentina. In his last releases he has managed to be part of renowned labels such as Detriti Records, Khemia Records and Soil.

At the same time, Distant is the founder of TERRA FURIA, one of the most important projects in the country referred to techno music and alternative genres. 

His work has led him to perform in the most important clubs in the country and South America being part of line-ups with artists like as Dax J, 999999999, Fjaak, SPFDJ, Héctor Oaks, Randomer, SHDW & Obscure Shape, Reinier Zonneveld, Cassie Raptor, Estella Boersma, Setaoc Mass, Matrixxman, Inhalt Der Nacht, Kas:st, Rebekah, Klangkuenstler, Rikhter, Keith Carnal, Ryan James Ford, Tommy Four Seven, Shlømo, Pfirter, YYYY, Gotshell and more related artists.
