The second instalment of the remixes from J:Kenzo's 2019 album 'Taygeta Code' sees two absolute heavyweight producers from the world of Drum & Bass collide on this 2 track EP. 

Kid Drama brings through dub techno funk and soul in his remix of 'Guilty' encompassing the beautiful drifting groove matched with dirty filtered mids. 

on the flip the legend DJ Trace drops a harder sinister edge to the tribal stepper 'Token Image' keeping the dubbed out licks and hypnotic percussion whilst adding nasty gritty synth lines harking back to his signature sound.

Translation revisits Theory’s ‘Babylon Dem’ from the Solstice EP (2010), through the eyes of its creator, The Untouchables, Double 0, and Mantra – each deliver fresh interpretations of the original, while maintaining its infectious rebel sound. Up first, Theory sets the foundation with his ‘Dem A Pree Remix’, an update for 2016 that re-explores the critical interplay between the chords and dark swirling FX of its predecessor. Next, The Untouchables brighten things up with a dub/reggae-inspired version, with a live feel to it. Veteran producer Double 0 flexes his musical versatility on the ‘Dubwise Remix’, a heavyweight rhythm for the dance with fluttering renegade sonics and a nasty low-end thump. Mantra opts for a more abstract deconstruction of the original on the ‘Charlatan Remix’, crafting a menacing and hypnotic tribal sound from the echo chamber, with sinister reverberations to close things out.

Our last, but by no means least, release of 2020 coming from mega powerhouse-producer @teffa dropping two huge 140 tracks to round off this bazaar year.

A - Pluto
Utilising deep chords and filled with constantly developing grooves, this track is filled with sounds which can only be described as echoes from the outer reaches of space, or Pluto if you like. 

B - A20
Certainly what some might call a left-field approach to speed garage, Teffa perfectly blends funky snares, filtered square waves and rattling percussive sound design into an incredibly tidy dancehall-ready track.

This time 50 copies will be available to preorder from our Bandcamp. 
All records will be hand-cut by the dubplate-cutting master Henry Bainbridge at @Dubstudio, onto 10" transparent plates!

From dances & raves in clubs, venues and abandoned factories around the country to the famous Dub Raw camp, which annually gathers prominent representatives of the Russian independent bass scene and bass lovers from all over the country. As a label, our mission is to represent a local scene and share our passion for music.
