Денис Рыжов, он же Anderdog, музыкант из Электростали, записал альбом в коллаборации с Иваном Красновым aka Dessin Bizarre. К созданию релиза Imagine авторов подтолкнуло особое отношение к времени и многообразию зафиксированных в нем звуковых ревербераций. 
Все дело в том, что Краснов пишет интеллектуальный эмбиент, где обосновался как композитор, исследователь и энтузиаст модульной электроники. Использование модулей для записи альбома позволило раскрыть весь спектр частот и модуляций, сделать ювелирную точность контроля над временем той среды, в которой глубоко и без спешки могут разворачиваться музыкальные события.  

Imagine – не первая коллаборация Дениса, до этого он успел поработать с hangdrum музыкантом Андреем Лето и другим уроженцем Электростали Mi Croevkhas, а ремиксы, созданные с другими артистами «Местности», уверенно рвут танцполы на вечеринках лейбла. Каждый новый проект Anderdog – не только новизна, но и оправданные ожидания. Так, совместная работа с Красновым обеспечила материалу глубину резкости, но прежняя динамика треков делает почерк автора узнаваемым. Стоит упасть в мягкость эмбиентного монолога, как вдруг тебя будит новая ритмическая перебивка, а по музыкальной поверхности расползаются глитчи. 

Альбому Imagine не суждено стать просто фоном, он буквально интерактивен. Резиденты «Местности» делают серьезное предложение: поставить лоуфай на паузу и переместиться на уровень sublime.




Wings of the Komainu

The new «Радиант» for RS was recorded by electronic musician and journalist Nik Zavrie﻿v — one of the key figures of the first wave of IDM in Russia, best known for his project Ambidextrous (https://soundcloud.com/ambidextrous).

Debuting in 1998, the artist has released dozens of records on both Russian and international labels. Nearly 30 years later, he continues not only to create new material and perform live, but also to regularly organize parties as part of the Desktop Robotix series and, together with Ilya Rasskazov, the «Обсерватории Дежавю».

In addition, Nik is a passionate researcher of electronic music history, which has taken shape in his podcast and book «Планетроника», as well as in his teaching work. On his personal Telegram channel, he shares rare recordings, intriguing facts, and other valuable content.

For RS, Nik has put together a mix of energetic braindance and breakbeat, inspired by his performance at last year’s Mestnost label (https://soundcloud.com/mestnost-records) party at the «Мунк» bar.

Vitaliy Dubree’s new album Ratio et Caritas finds the Chernogolovka-based producer stepping outside his familiar dub techno framework into a more exploratory electronic space. Known for his releases on Leipzig’s Insectorama, Dubree shifts focus here toward intelligent electronica with clear traces of Berlin School sequencing and electro-inspired rhythm design. The record explores the balance between structure and emotion, through precise sound design, pulsing low-end movement, and melodic phrasing that gradually builds narrative tension.

While still grounded in the spacious atmospheres and delay drenched textures of dub, Ratio et Caritas feels more introspective and narrative driven than Dubree’s earlier output. Each track carries subtle references to Soviet era sci-fi films, weaving archival fragments into the mix to create a sense of cultural memory and modest futurism. The result is an album that bridges studio precision with emotional resonance, less a functional dance record, more a focused study in texture, pacing, and the intersection of human and cosmic scale.

We got lucky twice – we captured this magical music during the golden hour of a November sunset. That's why this episode from our "Shoom Room," featuring Vitaliy Dabry (Dubree) from the neighboring science city of Chernogolovka, turned out so touching and cozy.

Dubree writes:
"This eclectic set was recorded during a very difficult period in my life. And I think you can hear it in the records I selected for it: from a dynamic track to a quiet and pensive one, from something cold and detached to something heart-wrenching.
