Jimmy Ozaeta is a native of South East Los Angeles.  Mr. Ozaeta holds a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Scientific and Social Perspectives with an emphasis in Assessment, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movements from San Francisco State University.  Mr. Ozaeta has served in the non-profit sector for over 20 years in several senior executive roles.

DJ Persist has been involved in the music industry since the age of 17. He worked in radio, and hosted his own show, then decided to learn more about the craft. After traveling and performing through college, he moved back to Chicago to pursue DJing full time, and has been doing what he loves for the past 18 years. He had held several nightclub residencies in the city of Chicago, an experience that enhances his performance at weddings.
Today, DJ Persist has expanded his services to include A/V and Photo Booth services to become a well-known, award winning company. DJ Persist strives to give you the best in customer service by listening to your needs to provide for you an unforgettable event!
