Belgian DJ and producer Robert Abigail revisits the glory days with this nostalgia fuelled tribute to the glory days of rave culture in ‘Oldskool’.

Robert Abigail is rapidly becoming known for his versatile skillset when it comes to EDM production, the Belgian selector seamlessly blends aspects of house, EDM, urban and future to arrive at a completely original style unique to himself. ‘Oldskool’ doesn’t deviate from this pattern; the crisp, bouncy drum pattern rapidly descends into a big room/future house as the song progresses, until it gradually returns to earth as the song fades.

Abigail has been in and around the industry for the best part of 15 years, playing local circles in his home country of Belgium from 2008 until he was recognised by the likes of Dimitri Vegas, Yves V, Quintino, Two Loud and Wolfpack. Since then, Abigail has not looked back, cementing his position in the industry via huge releases on Smash The House sub-labels and a weekly podcast/radio show called ‘AIRPLAY’, which keeps up with the likes of Tiesto’s Club Life and many more.
