Cheap Rehab is a pop-punk confession booth built out of broken memories, late-night parking lots, and the tired suburbs that raised us. This record hits like a throwback to the 90s and early 2000s — fast guitars, sarcastic attitude, emotional cracks, and raw honesty.

These are songs for the kids who grew up too fast, for the ones who felt everything too deeply, for the ones who kept breaking but still kept showing up. It’s nostalgia with a bruise on it — the friendships that faded, the heartbreaks we outgrew, the mistakes we laugh about now, and the people we finally walked away from.

I am about to be honest(ahah from the song) with you TFK is my favourite band and I really love their songs, but not all of them, I love The Flame In All Of Us, Learn to Breathe, The art of Breaking, and others like Down, and some songs from OXYGEN: Inhale, however I didn't liked OXYGEN: Exhale a lot and I only liked a few songs so I put 3 of them into this there are more 2-4 songs I like but these ones are actually my favourite ones
