With a string of releases on Hot Haus, Running Out Of Steam and Distant Horizons, M4A4 is no stranger to creating ear-catching dance music against a backdrop of collective influences, ranging from UKG, house and lunging 2-step. The prolific producer now makes his debut for Breaks ‘N’ Pieces - twisting the standard house template; with one eye on the past and another on the future. 

‘Cartier’ creates a spark by combining slinky drums and classic house sounds with an M4A4 signature twist; while also offering a zesty 2-step digi-only version. ‘Enchanter’ is a punchier affair, with layers of nostalgia painted vividly within dreamy pads and M1 organs, before ‘Starbeam’ comes in as smooth as a knife to melted butter, with a bassline as tantalizing as it is hard. Each element within its structures supports another - creating a harmonized symphony of dance-floor conduction. 

Responsible for some of the best UK induced music of 21’ -  Interplanetary Criminal is on hand to remix, this time with a reflective rendition of ‘Starbeam.’ Neon lights luminate a smoke-filled dance-floor in a kaleidoscope of boundless colour, showing another face to Interplanetary Criminal’s seemingly endless talents.

Look closely at a 2003 documentary on Dillinjah's Valve Sound System and you can catch a babyfaced soundcloud.com/lmajor brocking out in a whirl of ginger dreadlocks. 

The locks are long gone, but the love of a twisted out bassline has driven an addiction to production that has seen him move from drum and bass (as part of a successful threesome) to his current defining solo output. Mixing d&b breakbeat science and bass mechanics with the hardcore and garage of his Essex upbringing, he's leading the next generation pushing theses palettes into new tempos and forms. 

As one half of soundcloud.com/wearelocalgroup he's also a resident DJ at UK festival Field Maneuvers, in 2017 supporting a roll-call of original rave heroes including Mark Archer, Storm and Groove Chronicles. 

'Omega Point', his debut solo EP, launches the label Ecstasy Garage Disco with four 140bpm jungle-inspired rinse outs. Get set for the rewind.

Following the riotous success of 'Make Me', the Donna Allen-sampling cut heavily championed by DJ Seinfeld and Peach, Bristol's Borai & Sheffield's Denham Audio have teamed up again for an EP on E-Beamz. Running the Club Glow label together from different cities, the four artists are united by a love of rave, and opt for cassette as a physical format as a throwback to the old days, with artwork inspired by vintage flyers. Five-track release 'Beamz034' offers a wide variety of club stylings, tied together by a strong sense of rave romanticism, from hazy jungle to early '90s hardcore. 'Oldboy', which we're premiering below, rumbles with classic Reese bass sounds and strobing breakbeats, laced with archetypal rave swerves.

Cardiff based producer Warwick has had a massive year with a string of high calibre records on labels such as Lobster Theremin​, E​2CA​,​ DansuDiscs ​& ​HAWS ,amongst others. 

His latest outing sees him serve up 5 bass driven, weighty jams via mysterious label ​Breaks 'N' Pieces​, whilst also recruiting the help of ​Peaky Beats​ on remix duties. ‘Breaks 'N' Pieces Vol.4’ drops Friday 22nd January, via Breaks 'N' Pieces.
