Moments in Time is my debut recording and features new arrangements of some of my favorite tunes. The moments here were recorded at Zone 8 Studios in Granville WV between 2014 and 2016 and were engineered and produced by the fabulous Mark Poole. Mark also plays percussion on tracks 1 and 2. All the guitar picking, bass playing, mouth trumpet, scatting and singing is me, though Mark's dog Flipper makes a cameo appearance at the end of track 5! Artwork is by my good friend Ashley Kyber. These tunes are dedicated to my wonderful family: Maura, Callum, Finlay and Owen who are such great treasures in my life and allow my escapades into the musical world.

Louis Armstrong had the most well-known version of this tune. Here's my version done as a slow solo-guitar instrumental with a definite borrow of a Martin Taylor lick in the intro :)

What a Wonderful World

Here's a new spin on one of my favorite Bill Withers tunes! I play guitar and fretless bass in this one and am doing the singing and mouth trumpet solo! Mark Poole provides a great shuffle beat using an echo on the snare drum.

Lovely Day

This track originally appeared on the 1944 movie Holiday Inn. It was supposed to be the big hit from the movie, but was totally eclipsed by "White Christmas"! Still, a great tune. This version features me on upright bass, guitar and vocals. Mark Poole supplies the percussion.
