Eye in the sky

The beginning of retro-popo tribute band Duo Catarsis dates back to year 2005. 
Before that Tommy and Vlad performed in different live- and studio projects that included some performances together. 
The more we performed together, the more we found simliarities in the way we understood music, style and composition.
Thus the Duo Catarsis was born. The keyword of our performances is quality and emotions. 

We don´t use pre-recorded songs or studio tracks. Instead of this we do everything in real time,using mulitply k-boards, programmable drum and bass machines, guitars and FX equipment. We play tribute or cover music of pop-rock and italo-pop artists from 70-90´s (Chris Rea, Smokie, Ricci e Poveri, Modern Talking, Status Quo, Dire Straits ect) Also songs written by us. Songs are in english, italian, french and russian.
