​Nuno Veiga is a multidisciplinary artist based in Lisbon whose practice includes sound art, acting, Theatre direction, video art, installations, teaching and arts facilitation.

​

Graduated in Theater Studies from the University of Évora in Portugal in 2006, and have been working in professional arts contexts since 2001.

​

In Portugal worked as an actor, sound designer and teacher with various institutions including the National Theaters, Karnart, Balleteatro Professional School,Antena 2 (National Radio Broadcast) and several educational institutions.  

 

In 2011, moved to London where and continued to work as an actor, audio visual designer and arts facilitator, collaborating with various companies and institutions, including: Resonance Radio, London College of Fashion, Young Vic, Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Soho Theater, Knot Theory, Hide Tide, Spare Tire, Absolute Theater, Battersea Arts Center, Rare Salt and The Playground Rambert. Also collaborated with the Edinburgh International Festival as a sound designer and sound consultant.

 

As an arts facilitator worked with a variety of community groups including at-risk youth, elderly, learning difficulties, and more. As an Associate Artist at Spare Tire developed several projects with voiceless communities.

 

Sound improviser, developing his own solo projects and collaborating on other improvisation-based projects such as NoiD, Cojones Spirituales, SKRONK, Ar|ra and Fuck Popopx 2.

Nuno Veiga´s work has been released in Portugal, Italy, USA and UK.

Projeto de Dark Experimental; A junção Azatã vem de 2 dos 7 Príncipes do Inferno; Azazel, segundo Binsfield,foi quem teria ensinado os homens como fabricar armas de guerra – por isso, está ligado à ira. Ao seu lado está Leviatã, um ex- sefarim responsável por tornar os humanos hereges, promovendo a inveja, esse príncipe a representa. Formada a junção, Azatã busca responder o que todos querem saber mas poucos sabem a maneira de perguntar... busca induzir a introspecção e relaxamento psíquico através de um som agitado, visa uma melhoria universal espiritual... em um ambiente inconstante e hostil, as construções sonoras buscam provocar o desligamento do "agora",para  recuperarmos nossa inocência... extinguir pensamentos e ações que jamais deveriam ter se quer existido.

Dark experimental project: The name Azatã Comes from the union of 2 of the 7 princes of hell, Azazel, According to Binsfield, was who had taught humans to make weapons, so he is linked to wrath. Besides you there is leviatã, An ex-serafim responsable to make humans heretics, promoving envy on them. so this prince represents it. together, Azatã tries to answer what everyone wants to know, but a few now how to ask properly. It tries to induce the introspection and mental relaxing, with troubled sounds, Seaks an universal healing in a fickle and hostile world, Seeks to shut you down for the “now” so you can recover your innocence.  We need An universe free of thoughts  that should never have been even thought at all. Using all caos and disgrace that arounds the world as inspiracy.

LEE SANCHEZ or in the earlier days also known as Leroy Sanchez (NL) is born on 11-06-1983 in Rotterdam - The Netherlands.

"Let's go back to 2007."
In 2007 Lee was introduced to music productions and remixes. Sometimes he played as guest DJ @ Fresh FM on the radio show Club Fresh from DJ Chard on Friday nights. In 2008 LEE SANCHEZ started playing as (dj) artist under the name Leroy Sanchez.  More than 15 years ago he played his first closing gig for Treetz at Off Corso in Rotterdam. In 2008 he also started with international gigs, together with DJ Chard from Fresh FM, they spinned on the Penthouse Party @ Club Two in Romania Constanta.  In The Netherlands LEE SANCHEZ played on parties like: Playmansion, NopeisDope, Treetz, Weirdoz, House Bubbels, Drumz and a few other events.

You might also know Lee from the Dance Parade in Rotterdam. The Dance Parade in Rotterdam was with well known Dutch dj's like: Hardwell, Roog & Greg van Bueren, Robert Abigail, Quintino, Leroy Styles, Ra-zoon, Ricky del Prado, Jay Enniath & Le Mar, DK Watts, Mike Lachman, Mike V and many more.

For a few years he left the music scene and returns in 2023 with a brand new album.
