Rhythm Werk is a new imprint curated by Benedict Reymann (a.k.a Ben Reymann) & Francesco Cappellini (a.k.a b.mod) with a focus on raw & driving hypnotic loops and eclectic soundscapes. The imprint looks to showcase both up & coming and established artists, providing them with a platform for releasing raw rhythmic techno cuts, both in the form of digital releases and 12” vinyl.

We are very excited to present Connor Wall's track "Inedible Mono" upcoming on Selfness' vinyl EP release due out on the 23rd of September.

Naarm/Melbourne based DJ/Producer Connor Wall is set to deepen his already impressive discography through the release of ‘Inedible Mono’ through Mulubinba/Newcastle based label, Selfness. The track, which features on the 4-track VA compilation ‘Bosman’, continues to showcase the label’s excitement for the Australian scene, and takes influences from late 90s, early 00s relentless grooves, intense laying, and appreciation for looped development whilst incorporating hypnotic pads and fast-paced percussive elements. 

The release was curated with the human rights injustices and ethical issues surrounding the 2022 Qatar World Cup in mind, and as such, a % of the profits of the digital sales will be donated to Mirgant-Rights.org who work for the advocacy of migrant workers, including those in the Middle East.
