As Lucian draws nearer to the relic's sanctuary, the guardians grow more formidable, their presence more palpable. He engages in battles of mind and skill, navigating a delicate dance of strategy and instinct. With each encounter, Lucian unravels more of the Neverglades' ancient wisdom, understanding the delicate balance between strength and subtlety, power and finesse.

Josh Lang (J.LANG) @jlangbass -- is a Denver based hacker, womp enthusiast, and certified wise guy. He’s had unsupervised access to a computer since the age of 4 and has capitalized on that in every sense possible, beginning his beat-making journey approximately 10 years ago as a wee lad in Florida. He draws  inspiration from the boundless potential of technology, mad heady journeys in the 5th dimension, and the power of friendship. With a sound that combines the wonkiness of glitch-hop and  the swagger of halftime, he makes beats that try to say “its okay to be weird, bro, I love you”.

Purple Velvet Curtains has a mission to take you through a journey of bass music, his features on the mic span from drum n bass to tech house whilst his productions follow a similar route taking inspiration from UK Garage, RnB and Jungle to name a few. Expect a high energy, soulful experience with plenty of vibes when PVC is on deck.

Purple Velvet Curtains has been at the forefront of the UK bass scene for a number of years with releases on labels such as Night Bass, Crucast, Hospital Records, Spinnin’ Records and Confession to name a few… Stretching out as a vocalist, PVC has collaborated with the likes of MPH, Flava D, AC Slater, Skepsis, Zero, Chris Lorenzo, TQD and so many more.  

Back into the studio and fresh out of a year of creating music in the UK and beyond, PVC productions are back with support from the likes of DJ EZ, DJ Q, Shosh, Girls Don’t Sync, Flava D, Tchami, Anais and a number of peers across the scene, expect high energy, straight vibes and influences from the whole spectrum of bass music. No doubt you can expect to see much more of PVC in the future!

DUPLOC launches new prestigious VA vinyl series "140 ALLSTARS"

"When naming a project after one of the most iconic series that existed in dubstep, you know the pressure to deliver is on. But that's exactly what I needed. I have worked on quite a few compilation releases over the past years, and I'm happy with the results, but I wanted to raise the bar. The pioneering Tempa Records and its Dubstep Allstars unfortunately came to an end, but there is a place and time for everything. With respect to and in memory of Tempa's legacy, it felt appropriate to title the new project 140 ALLSTARS, especially since it is the new producers who are now responsible for keeping things fresh and interesting. And it is exactly that energy I'm trying to capture. In slight contrast to our other releases, this is a series specifically built for the sound system and I couldn't be happier with all the heavyweight cuts on Vol. 1, but most important it is sounding remarkably cohesive given it is a VA project. We are pressing the entire project on 12" vinyl and there will be at least four volumes coming through over the next year and a half. Also, they will be all nicely wrapped up in a special vinyl box for the collectors." - Pieter Grauwels, label owner @ DUPLOC
