-Commercial Distribution is limited to 2,000 copies
-Buyer is entitled to use the leased instrumental for live performance not to exceed five hundred 
dollars ($500) in total revenue.
-Producer (Duranamo) retains all copyrights and worldwide rights to sell, distribute, and exploit
the leased instrumental
-Leases contain one (1) signature audio tag at the beginning of the track and does not repeat.
-Signature tag will NOT be removed. This tag is significantly lower and will not affect recording.
-Production credit MUST be given to Duranamo.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
-WAV Track-outs for studio mixing.
-Instrumental is no longer available for purchase/download.
-Delivered within 24-48 hours.

TERMS:
-Buyer is entitled to create and commercially distribute one (1) master recording using the leased 
instrumental with no limits on distribution or revenue.
-Buyer is entitled to use the exclusively licensed instrumental for live performance or
Synchronization with no restriction on revenue earned.
-Publishing/Royalty splits are to be negotiated on a case by case basis between buyer/seller (Duranamo)
-Production credit MUST be given to Duranamo
