Born in Munich Germany, Charly Schaller discovered her passion for Techno during her gap year when she was first exposed to it as a raver in Berlin’s Techno clubs. After moving to England to study at the University of Cambridge, she developed her penchant for diverse sub-genres of techno music after being exposed to an ambit of musical cultures in the UK. 

Upon finishing her studies in Philosophy, Charly relocated to Berlin and began Djing in various clubs and venues across Berlin and Germany, including: About Blank, Grießmühle, and Arena Club. 

Since her debut,  Charly’s DJ repertoire has embraced an eclectic musical collection that allows the audience to explore a truly personalised sensorial experience. Boasting a passion for tracks with vocals, as well as Rave, percussion heavy bangers, and dramatic synth lines, Charly merges divergent musical styles in her DJ sets as a unique signature; one that inspires the audience to be fully immersed in the euphoric experience that only music can inspire. 

Charly has successfully promoted parties at PAL, Griessmuehle and About Blank with Edge Detection and Level Delta. More recently Charly and her collective have formed Cadillac Escalate, which will continue to push upcoming talent in Germany and Europe. At the end of August, Charly will launch her new event series ‘Berlin Realness’ at EXIL Club in Zurich. 

Over the past year Charly has played multiple shows at Berlins HÖR radio, whilst gaining support from the likes of Amelie Lens, Alan Fitzpatrick and the wider Techno community with her productions. 

Production wise so far Charly has released on Alan Fitzpatrick’s We Are The Brave, LAP and most recently her debut EP  “Queen Of The Night” on Londons He.She.They, which included a huge remix from Radio Slave. The track was premiered by Mixmag, MOTZ and BRVTALIST.
