About the mix: “Feeling Like A Bitch” is a celebration of some of my greatest musical inspirations, favorite artists and go-to labels. It’s also an homage to the queer and BIPOC origins of the House music genre and the many artists whose influence spans generations. House music has the power to make people feel free, fierce, sexy or soulful. It’s about being taken on a journey and allowing oneself to get lost there. It’s about releasing all burdens if only for the short time spent on the dancefloor. I hope “Feeling Like A Bitch” lets listeners feel at least a little more cunty than they were before.
