I recently played through both Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal back to back on my PS5. I grew up playing the both Doom and Doom 2 on PC when they were first released in the 90's but never really got excited about the prospect of a new iteration of the series. My older brother heavily insisted so I sank a good 25 hours over the last couple of weeks into beating them both. This DVS NME track came as a result of that experience. I even sampled the game for the song. The track is called 'Unmaker' and was produced today with the help of MPC, TR8S, SE02, OB6, Peak, Minilogue, Rev2, and a couple soft synths as well.

Spent a few hours in the studio this evening a churned out this slow track. I'm calling it 'Zephyr Skyline' (after High On Life) and it features the MPC triggering TR8S, MicroFreak, OB6, JU06, Minilogue, Hydrasynth, Peak, and Rev2. That downtempo melancholy got me. Exactly one year after my 2024 release entitled 'Public Relations', I return with a collection of 15 new tracks that were produced between the middle of 2024 and early 2025.

This album, as with the last, relies heavily on the sounds of classic synthesizers/drum machines like Mono/Poly, MS-20, SH-101, Jupiter-8, Juno-106, SH-2, JX-8P, System 100, Juno 60, JX-3P, TB-303, Polysix, TR-606, OB-8, TR-808, ARP Odyssey, as well as some contemporary additions to my studio like Oberheim OB-6 Hydrasynth, System 8, MC-707, MicroFreak, Prophet Rev2, Novation Peak, Minilogue, SE-02, and Microkorg.

Hailing in solitude from the snowy mountains of the northern hemisphere and Electro Capital Gothenburg, Son of Stilleben Records , Dataintrång presents a clean-cut surgical manifestation in memory of the great M.
