Gladio Operations launches its fifth release, which bears 
the signature of the excellent Russian producer Larionov. Dmitry is one of the new talents asserting himself and one of the most promising on the European Electro scene, having worked with renowned labels such as Craigie Knowes and Hilltown Disco, among others.

On his Gladio debut, Larionov gifts us with ‘Lost Alien’ an EP permeating with well-constructed electro sounds, where ‘Lost In Space’, an awesome energetic track, opens the pack. ‘Lost In Space’ is accompanied by an additional remix by the owners of the UHF label, on which they delve into EBM terrain, offering a contrasting approach to the original cut.

Onthe B side, we encounter ‘Alien Friend’ where upon we perceive compact and well-moulded sounds, accompanied by an aggressive bassline, very characteristic in the productions of the Russian artist.

The EP closes with ‘System Error’, a wild and powerful track that will no doubt stimulate your sets in any demanding club.

Niteffect has made a concept album for us, dedicated to Man's Best Friend and our puppy Dalmata Daniel couldn't be more honoured!

This album is Niteffect's debut on our label, but we are not talking about a rookie producer, because he has been releasing music since 2007 mostly on Hamburg-based Kreislauf. His music is mainly characterized by strong emotional melodies, deep basses mixing with downtempo, trip-hop, idm, and deep house sound elements.

Man's Best Friend is an electro-oriented album, sometimes with breaks or other broken beats sound, but the most common that all the tracks have deep emotional synth waves. Niteffect playfully uses these to create melancholic and more upbeat moods, creating a varied but coherent whole, perfectly capturing the changing experiences of a summer vibe.

For the fifth premiere we focus on a new label called https://soundcloud.com/dreamticketrecordings - This Portuguese label is just two vinyl releases into their tenure with one from https://soundcloud.com/binarydigit and the second effort coming from https://soundcloud.com/binaural-1. This premiere draws from the 6 track EP entitled ‘Mescla’ which is released June 15th, 2018 and is available for sale now at the link below. The track selected by me to debut is called ‘Machine’ and boy does the name do it justice. This song gushes with machine funk, clocking in at 140 BPM, it will absolutely get you moving if you have a pulse. Binaural has been releasing music under this moniker since 2005 with releases on https://soundcloud.com/scsi-av, https://soundcloud.com/undersoundlondon and Djax-Up-Beats. His sound truly comes together on this limited vinyl release with standout tracks like the vocal-driven ‘Director’ and the aforementioned ‘Machine’.

(The Boötes Void is the darkest known part of the universe!)

The final track on the EP and the darkest of the bunch.
There are 3 different drum tracks layered up, the main 808 & two very quiet version with differing amounts of reverb and other spatial stuff.
(I tried to fudge with the 303 way more than I usually would, and ended up with a seriously squidgy twisting terror.)
