If the gritty number doesn’t take you souring, the hypnotism surely will, as the track builds in winding arpeggios and razor-sharp percussion. @CarlFinlow is an English producer that produces under the aliases Random Factor, Silicon Scally, Voice Stealer, and of course, Carl Finlow.

Born in Liverpool England, from an early age Carl was listening to electronic music by the likes of Japanese master Isao Tomita and since 1986 he has been making his own music with computers. He started to put music onto records in the early 1990s and soon became involved with prestigious labels around the world like Warp, Soma, Klang, SCSI-AV, Novamute, Satamile, Electrix and was also a founder and chief producer for the UK's 2020 Vision label. With a career crossing three decades Finlow has produced an enormous catalog of music and a quick look at his discography will reveal hundreds of releases and remixes for acclaimed artists such as Andrew Weatherall, Luke Slater, John Tejada, Thomas Heckmann and Eric Estornel. Since moving to France in 2002 he has continued to produce a stream of electro EP's and albums and has played live as far and wide as Tokyo, Moscow, New York and LA. Not content to rest within one genre, Carl has also made many pieces of music for tv and radio around the globe and he continues to push his skills as a composer and a producer.

Coming hot on the heels of dynArec's 'Murder is The Number' EP, Sync 24's Cultivated Electronics label presents this double-pack by Alonzo, aptly named 'They Come In Twos'. Originally from Miami and now based in New York, Alonzo has previously released on W.T. Records, Zement, RotterHague, Phormix, Kraftjerkz, and Lost Soul Enterprises. He's also known as Lithium Parasites alongside bandmate, Vidrio. Alonzo's uncompromising approach draws influence from bleak urban landscapes, old city ruins, kinematics and all things bass which he finely represents across these 8 new tracks. Gladio Operations presents its sixth work, in which It returns to the format of various artists. In this third compilation tilted "The Analog Theory" we encounter various renowned producers from the electro scene in Europe.

This EP opens with the French producer Jauzas The Shining, with a fantastic track titled “Traveling Light” where we can hear his classic dark and hypnotic sound in all his productions.

Next up, we meet an old acquaintance of the label the Catalan producer Univac returns again showing off their forceful and aggressive rhythms, entering once again into more industrial territories.

Side B takes off with an exquisite cut by Lloyd Stellar tilted “Re-Entering Earth’s Atmosphere”. The Dutch artist who marks his debut in Gladio Operations, gifts us with an enveloping and very well molded track, with perfectly chosen melancholic harmonies.

German producer Martin Matiske who also debuts with Gladio Operations and has productions on prestigious labels such as Gigolo Records or Stilleben, is the chosen producer for the fourth track tilted “Telepathic Tuning”.

The EP closes with "Round Control" by the young and talented producer from Valencia, Uranio Empobrecido. This track is the most electronic on the EP and possesses the undeniable sound of Detroit, evident in each and every one of the sequences used.
