For our next @DarkScienceElectro premiere, we dive into the latest release from French producer @Djedjotronic. 

For their 0100010th release, @CPUrecords bring us the powerful work of @Djedjotronic. This four track EP is as straight-forward Electro as it gets. I had a hard time selecting a track to premiere but eventually landed on '#1#0#2'. Clocking in at 130 BPM, this track absolutely glistens with the kind of Electro you have learned to expect from both Djedjotronic as well as the consistent output of @CPUrecords. This track features steady rhythms with an almost motorik feel, driven by custom samples via the Analog Rytm. The brilliantly spaced-out synth sounds in the song were made using Roland SH-01 and the Access Virus. This is one you don't want to miss. The record is available for pre-order now and will officially be released on November 23, 2018.

PREMIERE: Djedjotronic - #1#0#2 (Central Processing Unit)

Next up we preview an upcoming release on @2020VisionRecordings for the one and only @CarlFinlow

Carl A. Finlow is a man who needs no introduction as he has been a cornerstone of Electro music since his first release in 1993. After countless EPs and a number of LPs on various labels, Carl brings his gorgeous, intelligent brand of Electro music to @2020VisionRecordings with a new 4 track EP called 'Electronic'.

The song picked to premiere for @DarkScienceElectro is the final composition on the record called 'Flaw'. The track was composed using no physical hardware, using only able Ableton, for the create process and a Allen & Heath desk for mixing purposes. 'Flaw' is complete with beats that would make the late great Prince proud while firmly rooted with layers of electronic trickery. The entire release is an absolute slam dunk and is highly recommended by @DVSNME

For this @DarkScienceElectro premiere we take a listen to the new release from Solar One Music’s cofounder Robert Witschakowski and half of Dopplereffekt duo Gerald Donald

Four years after their almighty collaboration on “Project STS-31 (Hubble Telescope Series Vol.3)”, the duo return with another cosmic album of their instantly recognizable trademark. Featuring ten detailed and luminous cuts of beautifully crafted emotional music, with deep narrative over tough machine groove, the opus takes you on a moody trip across craggy soundscapes made of abrasive tones, crossing the red line between tight-strapped melodic waves, subaquatic underground electro, and intricate structures. Expect nothing but stripped down layers mixed with chunky synthetic bass lines and stellar melodies over pounding 808 drums on this future classic tinted with nostalgia. PREMIERE: The Exaltics & Heinrich Mueller - Signal Filtering From Interstellar Noise (Solar One)

For this @DarkScienceElectro premiere, we take a listen to a forthcoming EP by @CYRKmusic on @burialsoil

On their new 12“, Obsession EP, Berlin-based duo CYRK expand on their unique permutation of sci-fi-inspired electro. The title track is another fine example of the brooding and cinematic atmosphere they have championed lately. Recalibration ups the ante significantly. It’s a fast-paced and tense dance floor smasher replete with screams and powerful howls by Berlin-based singer Sunru. In his remix, veteran producer The Hacker slows down the tempo and turns the frantic original into a slow-chugging lesson in new beat intensity. DJ LOUI on the other hand, strips away the layers of pads and focuses on the bass line of Obsession, turning it into a bare-bones rhythm track with an 80s twist.

Storm Control features three new Plant43 tracks which exemplify Emile Facey’s continuing quest to speak through his machines. The upfront electro of the title track is born out of a yearning for a return to club dance floors while the two on the flip explore deep emotional landscapes through his trademark melodic electro sound.

This is the first on a series of limited edition colored vinyl records, limited to 300 hand-numbered copies on transparent orange vinyl. Includes download code.
