@SCIFACT is a Bristol-based record label interested in the realm of underground electronic music, unrestricted by genre. The first release comes from local producer @Zobol, with a 5 track EP, Foreign Objects, consisting of deep, melodic Electro with a dark edge.

Foreign Objects is the debut 12” from British artist Jon Chmielewski under the alias Zobol. The EP title alludes to a near death experience that resulted in Chmielewski being admitted into a Panamanian hospital with sepsis due to two shards of metal (from a dental drill) being accidentally sewn into his jaw after a traumatic wisdom tooth removal. The record artwork depicts a CT scan revealing the ‘foreign objects’ in his cranium.
