R&B and RIBS started in SF in 2018, taking place on select Sundays we invite the best DJs from all over to come throw down their best R&B sets. We then invite our chef friends to come cook with us.

JULS is a Filipina-Chinese DJ, Pianist, and Visual Artist born and raised in San Diego, California. She was exposed to a deep love for music at the very early age of three after being given her first upright piano from her parents. Spending most of her childhood going to piano lessons, and being the pianist
for her high school’s theater program, her passion and curiosity for music led her to exploring other forms of creative expression while at University. JULS became a piano teacher, and DJ at bars and clubs throughout the Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Seattle. Best known for her versatile music taste in Hip-Hop, R&B, House, EDM, Trap, Rock, Alternative, Jazz, Classical, and her Soundcloud mixtape series ‘WOMEN OLD SCHOOL R&B AND HIP HOP’, she has been able to connect with and rock various crowds through her selections. JULS has also opened up for artists such as Smino, Sofi Tukker, and is a MYX Global representative for young Filipinos worldwide. During the COVID-19 pandemic, JULS and her community on Twitch raised over $20k toward different organizations and have more plans for charities in the future. JULS aspires to support and help brands reach their target audience, while continuing to move the dance floor through her energy and song selects.

Had an amazing opportunity to represent SMOOVEMENTS on Dj Dials & 15utah's WAVE RAVE with Whethan and Tsu Nami. Both incredible artists in their own unique ways.  First time playing for a rave and on a boat. 

I loved having the opportunity to show a bit of my electronic taste to a live audience. This is a re-recording of my setlist with 1 bonus song that I was going to play. BUT got interrupted by the boat's safety protocol. Regardless, I hope you enjoy and I hope I get more opportunities to play these kinds of sets.
