Isolate The Unknown is an American Heavy Metal band from Charlotte, NC. Members include David P. McArdle(Guitarist), Brad Joyce(Bassist), Jon Price(Percussionist), & Joshua Berndt(Vocalist).

Isolate The Unknown finished recording their upcoming E.P "ECLIPSE" which was recorded, mixed, & mastered at Catalyst Recordings with sound engineer, Rob Tavaglione and will only be available as a digital download. Their E.P will be distributed August 20, 2017 on all major music websites and free of charge. The band just released their first full length album "ieogenis" February 22nd of 2022. The new album was recorded, mixed, and mastered at Catalyst Recordings with the greatest sound engineer this world has ever known Rob Tavaglione. Thank you Rob for making our album come to life.

#Egosystem was founded in 2014. #Egosystem works at his own home recording studio named “the bunker”, located in Zaragoza [Spain].
Before creating #Egosystem, Carlos Villar played with Cielito Lindo https://youtu.be/NAcOA4Z-csY, an experimental post-rock band.
#Egosystem is influenced by the concept of work in progress, surrealism, sound-collage, minimalism and industrial music. 
He also began to incorporate visual #projections into his work under the influence of cinema. #Egosystem mounted wall-of-sound performances, featuring several mm and others film projectors.

El proyecto Egosystem nace en enero de 2014.
Detrás del proyecto está Carlos Villar Morales (Zaragoza). Anteriormente ha formado parte de numerosas bandas locales destacando su participación como teclista en la ya desaparecida banda zaragozana Cielito Lindo (post-rock experimental).
Destaca su reciente colaboración en enero 2015 con el artista plástico interdisciplinar Javier Joven componiendo una pieza sonora para el vídeo "No acción nº2". También ha colaborado con otros colectivos artísticos de la ciudad de Zaragoza.
Egosystem crea fundamentalmente piezas de audio aunque el vídeo es un elemento expresivo importante en su propuesta.
La dimensión acústica y la dimensión electrónica se mezclan en composiciones de estructura repetitiva, obsesiva y ruidista. Egosystem se caracteriza por una dimensión expresiva de texturas inquietantes y sombrías. 
Egosystem crea fundamentalmente piezas de audio aunque el vídeo es un elemento expresivo importante en su propuesta.
Muy centrado en el concepto del apropiacionismo, del reciclaje audiovisual en general y de dar una segunda vida a elementos sonoros, en los trabajos de egosystem la dimensión acústica y la dimensión electrónica se mezclan en composiciones de estructura repetitiva, obsesiva y ruidista.
El concepto de work-in-progress es otro de los pilares del trabajo de egosystem. Una pieza puede ser retomada un tiempo más tarde de haber sido publicada, porque puede sufrir modificaciones.
Una de las técnicas más utilizadas a la hora de crear sus piezas sonoras es el collage. Aunque también 
investiga en campos como la acústica, la psicoacústica, la electrónica, el noise, el sonido encontrado o ambiente, la exploración del cuerpo humano, la escultura, la película o el vídeo.
El reciclaje de elementos sonoros preexistentes me interesa. En este proyecto tiene mucha importancia este concepto, por tratarse de reciclar grabaciones de ambientes sonoros para realizar piezas sonoras con ellos.
Generalmente, Egosystem se caracteriza por una dimensión expresiva de texturas inquietantes y sombrías.
