Hailing from Goiâna, Brazil, Marcal is one of the hottest names to have emerged from South-America in recent years. Signed to Radio Slave’s Rekids, Enemy Records and Planet Rhythm, the young Brazilian producer has skyrocketed to the forefront of the techno game, earning himself accolades from some of the world techno scene’s big guns including Marcel Dettmann, DVS1, Setaoc Mass, Ben Klock and more with impressive consistency. His trade of choice, i.e. dealing out hypnosis-inducing, sanity-combusting club material of the finest ilk, bursts to further explosive effect throughout the present mix. Covering two hours of blazing 4x4 rapids, rip-roaring telepathic machine talk and other incendiary, alien-engineered wares, Marcal stakes out his territory sheer badman style.

Roaming the confines of dub techno and genre-bending abstraction, Jeroen’s sound makes for a highly dynamic pulsar of textured magnetism and deeper-than-deep, inward-gazing developments. Diving headlong into techno’s uncharted wildlands and Area 51-like spaces for alien-chasing contemplation, his music undoubtedly stands as one of the finest produced here in the Netherlands for the past two decades. Up this week with a massive two hours of 909 kick-fuelled punishment and bleeps-splashed sonic enigma, leading British techno trader and Modwerks chief operator Ø [Phase] fires off the goodies in spectacular, unrelenting fashion. Known for his brutalist compositions that merge the precision of chiselled drum programming with deep-end, otherworldly abstraction, Ø [Phase] gets the sci-fi-informed vibes pouring down in torrents. A continuously morphing kaleidoscope of sound blazing with intense acid flashes and eschatologic cavalcades, this powerhouse mix most certainly encompasses all the distinct flavours that make Ø [Phase] so prodigiously singular.

Originating from pulsating rhythms and driven by an unrelenting passion for sound exploration, Ana Rs stands out as both a versatile producer and an eclectic DJ. 

Ana made a significant mark with her 2023 EP "Take Me There" on Ben Sims’s iconic Symbolism imprint, solidifying her presence on the international stage. Her sound has continued to evolve, diving deeper into the hypnotic and experimental realms of techno techno marked by tension, weight, and intricate detail.

In June 2024, she released "In the Warmth of the Red Lights" on SEMANTICA, Svreca’s influential label — a release that reflects her growing influence within the genre. Her discography also includes respected labels such as AC55ID, Illegal Alien Records, Observant, and Future Arikive, with more exciting announcements lined up for this year.

Beyond the studio, Ana’s global footprint continues to expand. She embarked on her first South American tour in 2024, captivating crowds with her immersive DJ sets. In 2025, she’s set to debut in both Asia and North America, marking a new chapter in her journey. 

She is the creative force behind Interakt events — a platform through which she consistently challenges norms and cultivates new experiences in the electronic music scene.

Her path has always been about progression — from her early days of joyful experimentation in DJing and production to her current status as an artist shaping the future of experimental techno through bold collaborations and boundary-pushing sounds.

The Sustain-Release co-founder steps up to the Phonica mix just ahead of the acclaimed festival’s 11th year. 
New York has an iconic history when it comes to club music, and over the years has seen many great names emerge from its underground scene. In modern times, Aurora Halal is undoubtedly one of those names. 
Aurora has become a staple at forward-thinking institutions like Berghain, De School, and her home base, Nowadays, where she holds a residency. Alongside her international touring, she’s carved out her own vital space through the long-running Mutual Dreaming parties and Sustain-Release, the DIY-rooted festival she co-founded, which continues to push boundaries as it enters its second decade.
Her Phonica mix offers a vivid snapshot of her deep, intuitive approach to DJing—captured live at Mansions, a cozy NYC wine bar turned house party haven. Known for her genre-fluid sets that blend hypnotic techno, house, acid and experimental textures this is the perfect calling card to showcase why she can hold it down with a range of greats like DJ Nobu, Vladimir Ivkovic and more.
