Nick ‘Tripswitch’ Brennan’s recently launched onedotsixtwo label is set to unveil its third, highly anticipated release. ‘Voight Kampff’ is, perhaps, the finest track so far from Tripswitch’s intensely creative collaborative project with Nick Warren, and this outstanding package is further bolstered with an exceptional set of remixes courtesy of Cid Inc. and Öona Dahl.

The two Nicks first connected back in 2006, when Warren licensed two Tripswitch tracks for his (now classic) Global Underground ‘GU30 Paris’ compilation. Becoming good friends over time, it was inevitable that a studio partnership would develop when the time was right. Having first remixed Joey Fehrenbach ‘Wolves’ (The Soundgarden), their powerful studio chemistry then saw their debut original track ‘Savannah’ appear on Hernan Cattaneo’s ‘Balance presents Sudbeat’ comp, before being released as a single on the Sudbeat label and going on to become one of the hottest progressive releases of 2017.

With Brennan’s new onedotsixtwo label focused on creating a first class platform for the highest quality progressive house, there came the perfect excuse for another creative session, and the masterful ‘Voight Kampff’ is the dazzling result. From its dreamlike opening, the track resonates with gorgeous, heart-melting emotional wonderment. Quite simply, this is a sophisticated, uplifting, melody-rich masterpiece that re-affirms one’s faith in precisely why truly progressive house music is such a joy to behold.

Cid Inc.'s music is already embedded deep in the hearts of many electronic music fans. His exceptional craftsmanship has positioned him as a perfect artist to reinterpret ‘Voight Kampff’. The Swedish DJ/Producer exhibits his inimitable blend of hypnotic house and techno to perfection here. A subtly powerful, intricate percussive groove provides a rock-solid backbone for his ever-evolving layers of electronic wizardry, as the track steadily soars towards an otherworldly state of heavenly bliss.

With an open mind and a vast range of music knowledge, Öona Dahl is an artist who knows how to connect on another level. As her glorious releases for the likes of All Day I Dream and Hallucienda have shown, Öona’s exceptional originality burns bright, and for her first remix of ‘Voight Kampff’ she takes the track in an even more cosmic, deeply melodic direction, revealing a beautiful, reverential, smile-inducing treatment. BIOGRAPHY:

Dynamic Illusion, also known as Daniel Gyarmati, was born in 1985 in Szombathely, Hungary. Music has been a part of his life since his childhood years. His father’s loves of music also infected him in his early years with his old vinyl classics like Kraftwerk and Jean Michell Jarre.

Daniel spent eight years honing his musical talent at a music conservatory, playing for the local orchestra. After getting his first PC at age 13, he began to discover the musical possibilities of the computer, composing his first pieces of music. At the same time, he became exposed to the DJ scene, attending parties and becoming influenced by the energetic tech sounds of Dave Clark, Chris Liebing, and Umek, as well as the progressive music of DJs like John Digweed, Sasha, Dave Seaman, and Max Graham.

Daniel’s musical obsession made him search his inner self for something unique. He was torn: he still loved the energy that techno gave him, but at the same time felt that the genre was regressing. He was in dire need of change and found his real love: progressive house. This was music where you could combine funk, drive, melodies, ass-shaking beats, and awkward sounds all in one, rather than using a single formula that he had grown tired of.

Nowadays he got more than 100 tracks released and many are feedbacked and played by the biggest names from the scene like Nick Warren, Jody Wisternoff, Moshic, Quivver, Solarstone, Lemon8, Jaytech, Fernando Ferreyra, Michael & Levan, Faskil, Kintar and many more...

Besides his work as a producer, Daniel is also credited as being an excellent DJ. His sets these days are as diverse as his productions, blending progressive, breaks, and deep house into a very distinct and atmospheric sound. 

He has been featured with exclusive mixsets on every month, at Frisky Radio (Mindfields) where the intelligent dance music gets the leading part, with co-host Retroid. 

At 2012 he started his own record label called Deep Dive, that is focused for deep house music, and at 2013 the sublabel called Star Dive, wich is the place for he's progressive and break expressions.
