Here is my set which took place at Oxygen stage at ☀Free Earth Festival 2024☀ Although due to the extreme weather conditions that prevailed just before the set, eventually everything flowed smoothly (with the precious help of the 2 stage managers 🙏💙) with a lot of people who seemed to enjoy the sounds of Deep Trance, Chillgressive-Progressive Chill & Midtempo Goa Trance.

Közel 20 éve történt...

Ugyanebben a galaxisban, de mégis egy teljesen másik életben...😎

Ígértem egy "hagyományőrző" FB csoportban ,hogy elő kaparok a sufni mélyéről egy autentikusnak mondható JustMusic.FM mixet. 

Asszem sikerült egy olyat ami nettósítva össze is foglalja azt a korszakot. Van benne "lakodalmas" house jó sok gitárral, meg koktélozós napsütéses kiállás, de húzósabb Jay Lumen (akkor még) progressive veretés, és egészen tribal-es klubba való pince progi is. 

Ezek közé befért egy dallamokkal és úszással tele tömött szintén korszakos klasszikusnak mondható "csilli-villi" hangzású grúz prog house is és a végén egy saját deep ami az I Love Deep-nél jött ki végül, és olyan legendék remixelték mint Lank Peti, a No Solution formáció, Adam Byrd, és a csabai Szatmári "Soundstorm" Isti cimborám akinek a remixét volt szerencsém hallani (teljesen váratlanul) Chriss warmup-jában az akkor még Events Hall-ban, egy Steve Lawler bulin. Remélem nektek is segít ez a mix kicsit kicsit "időutazni" és berántani a jelenbe azt a vibe-ot meg, amikor még nagy eséllyel kurvajó zenéket hallottunk GU dj-ktől egészen a Techno legendákig. Semmire nem cserélném el, hogy részese lehettem annak a korszaknak!!!
Szóval egy szó mint száz. 

Egyszerre vagyok hálás és büszke, hogy Tamás (Jámbor) és Ricsi (DJ Rich) lehetőséget adott a Time Maschine-ban, hogy játszhassak a példaképeimmel egy stúdióban és nyomhassam a vakert is néha. 😅 Nagy nagy hála és köszönet mindkettőjüknek! 🙏🙏

Most visszatekintve, ez valóban egy életre szóló zenei élmény volt.

Almost 20 years ago...
In the same galaxy, but it feels like a completely different lifetime. ;)

I'm uploading this for an FB group where the memories have been flowing recently.
I hope this mix can help you "time travel" back for a little while.
We have a good chance, as this set was recorded at my favorite event, TIME MACHINE.

I'm still both grateful and proud that Tamas (Tamas Jambor) and Ricsi (DJ Rich) gave me the opportunity to play there a few times.

It was extraordinary—thank you so much, guys!

PS: Looking back now, it truly feels like a once-in-a-lifetime musical experience.

BIOGRAPHY:

Dynamic Illusion, also known as Daniel Gyarmati, was born in 1985 in Szombathely, Hungary. Music has been a part of his life since his childhood years. His father’s loves of music also infected him in his early years with his old vinyl classics like Kraftwerk and Jean Michell Jarre.

Daniel spent eight years honing his musical talent at a music conservatory, playing for the local orchestra. After getting his first PC at age 13, he began to discover the musical possibilities of the computer, composing his first pieces of music. At the same time, he became exposed to the DJ scene, attending parties and becoming influenced by the energetic tech sounds of Dave Clark, Chris Liebing, and Umek, as well as the progressive music of DJs like John Digweed, Sasha, Dave Seaman, and Max Graham.

Daniel’s musical obsession made him search his inner self for something unique. He was torn: he still loved the energy that techno gave him, but at the same time felt that the genre was regressing. He was in dire need of change and found his real love: progressive house. This was music where you could combine funk, drive, melodies, ass-shaking beats, and awkward sounds all in one, rather than using a single formula that he had grown tired of.

Nowadays he got more than 100 tracks released and many are feedbacked and played by the biggest names from the scene like Nick Warren, Jody Wisternoff, Moshic, Quivver, Solarstone, Lemon8, Jaytech, Fernando Ferreyra, Michael & Levan, Faskil, Kintar and many more...

Besides his work as a producer, Daniel is also credited as being an excellent DJ. His sets these days are as diverse as his productions, blending progressive, breaks, and deep house into a very distinct and atmospheric sound. 

He has been featured with exclusive mixsets on every month, at Frisky Radio (Mindfields) where the intelligent dance music gets the leading part, with co-host Retroid. 

At 2012 he started his own record label called Deep Dive, that is focused for deep house music, and at 2013 the sublabel called Star Dive, wich is the place for he's progressive and break expressions.
