Dyscalculia began between 2007 and 2008 featuring Robby Wollstonecraft, previously of the bands Sattori, Silvertonguedevil, EastBayPanic and Vade. Adopting an honest sound, Dyscalculia plays Experimental Metal with touches of Progressive and 90's Alternative, Metal, Hardcore, Punk, and Classical Spanish. After releasing two demos in 2008 and 2010, Dyscalculia released the Decapitulationalitizingly Yours EP via internet through KillKite Records on March 29, 2011. Mr. Wollstonecraft states "that EP was more or less a demo of new stuff written since the 2008 demo." He also promised there would be a full-length by late summer 2011. After a few delays, the debut full-length Deisidaimonia was self-released October 11, 2011. Before the album was released, Wollstonecraft had already nearly completed an entire album.  In May 2012 the Oneida EP was released, again with KillKite Records.  With a more straight-forward approach, and being more rhythmically diverse, it attracted more listeners.  Dyscalculia performed two acoustic sets in December 2012 and January 2013 followed by the release of a B-sides album called Isosceles.  With inspiration at an all time high, Dyscalculia released The Aftermath of a Mathematical Dyscalculation in July of 2013 follwed by a handful of new demos later in the year. All official releases have been strictly internet-download only. Work is already in production for a new album which will be released in March 2014. Demos of the brand new compositions will be made available soon!
