The early aughts were full of new ideas for the future. Green landscapes with towering buildings of silver and glass, high-speed rail and clear blue skies. We may never see that future ourselves, but we can strive for it in so many ways - we can leave a mark on history that pushes the needle toward something greater for everyone. Go green, design your world with care and compassion for nature and people, treat the world and it's inhabitants with love.

To me this album is a collection of feelings from 2005-2011. I was surrounded by the digital world of the 21st century, full of wonder and optimism, all underscored by cheap tricks, exploitation, and lies; and all of which I would be blind to until much, much later. I hope you'll feel how I feel, a complex longing and loathing for what we could have had, and what we can have in the future.
