My Name is Evelyn Lee Castro I go by the Artist name E.L. Castro. I say I’m the REAL E.L.Castro lol because it’s my full name. I’ve always I loved to make music, it has taken me sooooo long to get my thoughts together to heal from my experiences and my struggles. I sing and rap about my own personal life experiences. I am a mother of 3. I wrote all of my music by my self, I also made/ produced some of the beats you hear . I am Proud to be able to finally share my art with the world. It has taken me a long time to get this done. I have feared what people would think and say about me. I feared being made fun of because of the things I think and as a result I write. It has been very difficult to let go of those feelings and thoughts of insecurities. But I finally did it Bitches and Nobody can stop me now. I had a track board that my son’s father bout me when I was really young before he passed away. He and I both made some songs on there. My hard drive went bad and I ended up having to remove it and put it in the freezer for it to work again. I got some song and beats that I made off of it, and I was inspired to make more. I can hear a beat/ instrumental and if I’m inspired by it I can write a song in minutes.
