CONTRACT

Let me tell you something
about this freakin' lesson
it ain't fun to have
something bound between two persons

well it starts with Preparation
and then you do Perfection
you negotiate the terms you'll make
and then you'll mark the time and date

when you both agree upon
the terms and conditions and you apply Consummation
it's when you implement what you both agreed on
and then there's documentation
that's what you call Termination

But what do you do?
how do you do it
when it's classified and you're not fluent
well let's all see, in 1.. 2.. 3..

it could be Express and Implied Contracts
or it could be Uni- or Bilateral Contracts
Nominate, Innominate Contracts could be
Consensual and Real and we have Executory

but we can't have one unless we're done
acquiring everything in Article 1318
one would be Consent and No,
he doesn't have to be from heaven
read Article 1327

and Lesion-free alone
oh come on, it's in Article 1381
no Defect or Vice because of Violence,
Mistakes, Intimidation and Undue Influence
though no damage to contracting parties
it's still voidable in Article 1390
but if it's Inexistent
just know that it won't be mine
because things that make it so
are in Article 1409
