We're excited to unveil our latest digital release on the Meta Moto platform. Poladroïd, originating from Belgium, the featured producer is renowned for blending electro and IDM with a fierce energy, notably showcased on labels like Science Cult and his own Roulette Rekordz. However, Poladoïd offers a departure from his usual style with this release, which feels like a spiritual successor to his previous work "Eurosiberie" on Detriti.

Drenched in dense, filtered atmospheres and infused with nostalgic echoes of a bygone era, 'Danse Macabre' exudes a dark and gritty ambiance, straddling the realms of retro-futurism and melancholic machine melodies. Drawing inspiration from a spectrum as wide as Holderlin's 'Hyperion' and the poetic works of Robert Brasillach and Charles Baudelaire, 'Danse Macabre' showcases Poladroid's versatility in crafting diverse sonic landscapes while maintaining a signature sound.

Poladroïd - Danse Macabre

French territories always spawn diamonds and gold, and Markus Gibb is no exception. After groundbreaking releases in Clouded Vision and Never Stop, we decided to invite him to our little Latin Quartier down here in DD.

The result was Lobotomía, a back to basics dark disco bomb that everybody will love dancing to. But the real cream lies on B-Side, boy, this track is gloomy as a synthetic swamp, with a mexican style syncopated bassline and a message that a lot of our guys will definitely understand: MY LIFE IS A B SIDE.

The remixes have a nice story as well: In a recent mystic journey to Peruvian lands done by our Commander in Chief, Mijo, he discovered one of the best parties ever made by latin american people: CASALOCASA, run by Basurto and Aristidez, some of our new promises in development.

Following a debut EP on Golf Channel in 2015, Autarkic aka Nadav Spiegel has risen in status alongside his close friends and collaborators Red Axes and Moscoman. His recent debut LP for Disco Halal has garnered critical acclaim. Spiegel clearly has a rare talent as a songwriter, crafting the kind of intelligent, left-field pop music that one usually has to look back to the avant-garde of the 1980s to find.  If things were more downtempo, experimental and psych rock on his first EPs, these tracks for Turbo point squarely at the dance-floor, and have been staples in the sets of not only Moscoman and Red Axes, but in the other rising stars of the underground Israeli scene around labels like Malka Tuti and Fortuna records, as well as the global groove empire developing around Turbo A&R Thomas Von Party’s Multi Culti. Pardon Moi is the Berlin-based New Wave Duo featuring the British producer and song writer James Brook & German producer and DJ Thomas Freudenthal. „Addiction“ sounds like John Foxx and Gary Numan joined forces with the global chug, dark disco and synth wave haute volée. This track would have been in the UK Top 20 in 1981, for at least three weeks, we are sure! And the remixes are great too! The Kike am Radar remix adds some high noon post-punk edge to the game, James Rod turns „Addiction“ into a dusty, slow motion new wave monster from outer space. K-Effect turn it into a chuggy synth wave groove and MontCosmic's punchy remix is maybe the tightest of them all with its anthemic vocals, driving new beat acid synths, hypnotic grooves and heavy handclaps. A quality package of New Wave!

Frank Agrario is back with a pure dirty minimal afro-tech-funker on Tom Tom Disco. Including remixes from Ojon Kosuma, Acid Hamam and Richard Rossa.

Its not often you come across where its difficult to pick one stand out track, as they're all so good... But @richardrossa does it again. Full props as well for @jonathan-kusuma for delivering 2 fantastic remixes... the first just shading it for us.

The 10th digital release for @DogsandVulturesRecords comes via Mexican producer Alfredo Cardenas aka @2612Montessori in collaboration with the producer, dj and vocalist @Badmoiselle.

There are two originals on the EP 'Aircraft Reel' and 'Fanjoyen', both focused towards the floor . Remixes come from fellow countrymen Rigopolar and Colossio, Italian duo Younger Than Me and French artist @Dombrance.

The latter who is coming hot off the success of his recent album take on 'Aircraft Reel' delivers a killer cut which has an fantastic weirdo break down and kick and is sure to be ripping up many a dance floor.
