Brooke Olsen, presenter of Ears Have Ears on FBi Radio Sydney interviews Alessandro Cortini.

Alessandro Cortini is a force to be reckoned with in the electronic scene. Originating from Italy, Cortini eventually found his home in the USA where he began experimenting with analogue gear, modular synths, electronica, ambience and heavy looping. Perhaps best known for being a member of Nine Inch Nails since the late 2000s, Cortini has worked on various projects including SONOIO, Blindoldfreak, Modwheelmood and The Mayfield Four. His last solo LP Risveglio (Hospital Productions, 2015) received critical acclaim and now he is heading to Australia to present a new audio-visual work called Avanti at Open Frame Festival (June 29-30).
