Hailing from the mysterious and terrestrial depths of Serbia, Dejan Jovanovic is a prolific producer and a quickly rising, psychonautical powerhouse.  Perfectly synthesizing reinvigorated aspects of Goa Trance and brain-rippling Psychedelia, his latest EP, "Space Travel", explores the primordial spirit of sound and interstellar incantations that entice one's synapses to surge.  

 This latest exhibition of vibratory voyages is nothing short of extraordinary.  It's not too often that you happen upon a musical release that is affluent in such monolithic modulations and has the intention of helping the listener access higher attuned frequencies and telepathically traverse space and time.  Although it is only three tracks, the thematic and underlying motifs of a more profound existence are extremely evident!

This EP can best be summarized in saying the phrase, "Symphonic Sonic Stimulation", as these three extraterrestrial expeditions seamlessly flow together and coalesce to form a musical mosaic that actively engages the listener.  Needless to say, there are greater schematics at play here.  This is not your typical "Psytrance", it is far more cerebral and embodies a purified polyphonic system.  

The divinity of dexterity showcased within these three musical manifestations is truly astonishing and Lyctum's celestially inspired craft is definitely one to be in awe of.

 Lyktum has a keen sense to put greater focus on his cosmic composition and evoke more significant, introspective reflections.  Never before has there been such a distinct derivative to an atmospheric approach for creating Trance, and the title track most certainly exemplifies that earth-shattering essence and the cutting edge, advanced technology that must've been inherited from a more arcane and ancient ancestor.  Track two, "Time Dilation", will amplify your soul and induce an exceptional amount of euphoria to swell from the core of your being, perpetuating an uplifted feeling and providing a more ubiquitous understanding to the nature of time.  This track is epitomized by its thumping overdrive and hyperbolic bass, juxtaposed alongside arpeggiated effects trickled over a crescendoing progression; impressive harmonics to say the least.  It contains an elusive melody that rears its head every so often, with sinister synth pads and a filter resonance that tears apart all notions of chorus structure.  
 In the last track, "Search For Life",  Dejan transpires a signal that we would imagine our grand intergalactic architects to project or transmit, aurally emphasizing universal vistas and ageless archetypes.  This last tune seems to be the most organic, mainly because of the multi-instrumental implementation and the native flutes that envelop one's sense of sacred sound.  There is a more tribal and aboriginal aesthetic to this oneness and Lyctum implores you to contemplate the ontological ramifications of such an otherworldly orchestration.  The way this track develops is absolutely brilliant, as ominous overtones present a dichotomy of devil or deity within the details. Celebrating 20 years of the BMSS family and ten years of BMSS the record label, "Return to the Source” brings together sonic synthesis from all corners of the multiverse. 

17 tracks representing the mature tone of BMSS, which has evolved over the last two decades into a style that pays tribute to the source of our scene by disregarding trend and convention. An eclectic selection gathered by label manager and globe trotting DJ Boom Shankar to challenge standards that breed conformity and reflecting his own personal style that prioritizes story and flow over genre and BPM.

The story told by this 20th anniversary release unfolds in two parts. The journey begins by taking you back to the source and the darker side of the Psychedelic spectrum. Chapter 1 revolves around the intense magnetic power of the moon. 

Defiant, relentless energy distilled into: one of the last tracks by the recently departed Hux Flux, new music by psychedelic pioneer Total Eclipse, Japanese production perfection from Majide, Triceradrops and his hybrid psychedelic Techno, Dark Nebula and Datacult’s re-imagined “Beyond that Door” experienced through a Gamma Goblin filter, the prolific PsiloCybian and masterful productions by the legend worthy Braincell, Imaginary Sight and Lucid Mantra. Their sonic wizardry is designed to reinvent and reconnect you as you embark on this epic odyssey through the underbelly of moon-time music.

Clever re-interpretations of ancient Goa trance classics stand alongside the intensely psychedelic visionary art of Aashit Singh. His visual fusion of the old and the new creates a bridge between the past and the present where Plus 6 Masterings' full bodied analog sound gives each audible detail a clearly defined space.

EARTHLING - DJ Celli

Earthling is the solo project of DJ Celli. Psychedelic blast-off music to lose your marbles to. Celli's other projects include: Everblast, Soundaholix, Vatos Locos, and Third Ear Audio

Ibiza based Celli has been partying and producing in the Psychedelic trance scene since its beginnings in the early 90's.

From his roots as an underground party organiser in Ibiza he soon started producing music releasing his first track "Just Say Yes" on T.I.P. Records in 1999, followed by his debut album entitled "Patterns" on Acidance Records in 2001

He has since produced a further two albums he has now released an astounding 250 tracks, and 12 albums under various pseudonyms such as : Soundaholix (with GMS) , Third Ear Audio ( with Nick Doof), Vatos Locos and Everblast (with Chromatone), Celli rocks dancefloors, bringing his unique psychedelic sound to the far reaches of the planet... His Earthling LIVE shows showcase his best music and always unreleased cutting edge tracks as well

He is also an exceptional DJ - doing extended DJ sets at many of the big Psychedelic festivals
