Ukrainan producer Bob Fanzidon makes his debut on our PHW roster, as he brings on his melodic track “Last Reason” to the list of what goes out the PHW pipeline. With his music on a quite a bit of labels in the past, including both Panda Recordings and Mistique Music to mention some, he now joins us with a sunny piece of musical art.

On remix duty we first have another brilliant re-take from one of our most frequent artists on our roster, Perth bound Alex H who totally reworks this track and build it to his own, and he does it in style as always for us. With his trademark melodic chords and progressions, he once more blows our socks of and once more proves what a true talent he is in building up musical productions with sun-drenched vibes and and great textures.

The 2nd remix on this tracks comes from another debut on our roster as the Lithuanian duo behind the awesome Lunarbeam alias from now on is a member in our family and we are super happy to see this. For those of you, knowing their music, know it is all about melodic hooks, chord progressions and an overall tasty atmosphere that comes along with the name of Lunarbeam and that is what totally happens today to once more.

On the B-side, you are to have a wonderful 2nd production from Bob Fanzidon, as he takes us through a magical sun-drenched production called “Amber”. With an amazing texture and tension built up, he delivers what we would call a precious little diamond to all of us that we do believe will be heartwarming to all of you. 

Lets hope you’re all in for another sunny release through PHW, we’re as happy as ever to bring you new fresh vibes!

We feel truly excited to see the dynamic duo from Russia, Atlantis Ocean joining the team of PHW as they deliver the release for this week on our PHW imprint. Having great success over the years with music placed on some of the most promising labels around, we of course feel great when they decided to place these 2 originals on our label.

“Bolide” is a great progressive serenade of sounds, that has all the quality elements to build a superb production with great character, drive and pumping melodies that we so often seek for in this genre. They definitely strike and they strike hard with this monster.

“Anna” is another melodic production, filled with tension and quality as we always see from them. To their help with some work on the melodies they brought on their great friend Castalia. It’s absolutely gorgeous with a fantastic drive and flow and we couldn’t be happier than we are, to get Atlantis Ocean to join the family of PHW, a true pleasure!

This remix started it's life as most of my "remixes" do - I take a song that I think isn't quite there and I add elements and edit until I love it. 

This one was a little different - the next morning, I listened back and was like "holy shit, this feels like a real remix" and sent it in an email to Pete Tong, whose label FFRR released the original. 

Pete quickly responded back, "will be in the show this week" for which i thought to myself "wait, what? A track I spent 20 minutes on is gonna get played on the Pete Tong show? Ferreal?" 

I don't care how successful I am and have been; every time Pete Tong plays something of mine, I get giddy like a schoolgirl.

After he played it, there was a great response for it on social media and the BBC site, and Pete offered me up the stems so that I could really do a proper "remix". 

Once I got them, I went to town. I spent a whole day and made this thing i thought was great. But Pete wasn't having it. "Keep it close to what you did on the bootleg" he told me. Turns out he was right, why mess with something that was already good enough? So, all i really did was add a kick drum and mix the other sounds i chose better.
