Mindscape provides no-nonsense dancefloor vibes with 'Brightness'. Quickly stepping things up during the intro, 'Brightness' continues to gain momentum as new elements are brought to the forefront. A hefty bassline swings back and forth as the drum programming intensifies, kicking things into full force. Synth stabs converge with an unruly cowbell to increase the pulse rate. Faint vocal-like pads stretch into the breakdown, strangely mystical and bordering upon uplifting, before crashing back down to earth with another heavyweight drop. The idea for the release came after Maztek received yet another fan request for the track and shared it with Merikan. Realizing its continued popularity, the duo decided it was time to share “Square” with the world.
