This weekend we continue in the State Alchemy Patronus Records series with Phase1, the DJ act of Daniel Leerhoi from Denmark. Daniel started his journey into mixing at the tender age of just 13 years old, later he further developed starting his skills and went on to jamming on vinyl and CDJs. Eventually he discovered the psychedelic scene in 2005 and since then he’s been hooked! Focusing on night time psychedelic and full-on, he’s sure to get you grooving and flowing to his mixes. 
In 2020 Phase1 has released his first ever VA with Patronus titled: “The First Phase” and his second compilation will be dropping before the end of this year so be on the look out for more to come from this full power DJ act.

Ebb & Flow is the collaborative project of Matt Scrimgour (Parabolic Flow) & Tristen Henning (Voidwalker) hailing from Cape Town, South Africa. Having started our journey in February of 2017, we have since played at numerous indoor events & outdoor festivals alongside some of Cape Town’s finest psychedelic acts. 

We focus on bridging the gap between styles, always striving for a hard-edged approach to our mixing style. From Ambient/Down tempo (Our Wub & Dub alias) to Dark Progressive, Full-on, Forest & Dark-Psy, we leave no stone unturned in terms of the psychedelic music in our arsenal. We firmly believe that light and dark cannot exist without each other and we have made it our mission to find the balance between these concepts, both in our music and through our sets.

Since our signing to Woo-Dog Recordings in 2018 we have released our first compilation “Bark & Bite” as well as our first track “Grove Groove” and we are currently working away at our next compilation as well as future track releases.
