Landing in New York City, he has achieved more than what he thought possible for an artist, experiencing unforgettable shows at many venues and festivals across the US.  He has  fortuitously landed recent involvement in the rising Brooklyn music scene as being part of “ebb+flow” since 2016, an experience that has enriched his music career as he becomes more involved in community building and event production for the Brooklyn collective.  AK, is not only a talented DJ but he is also a creative mind that unleashes consistent and fearless sounds that capture people’s attention during his sets. In 2014 , AK  co-founded “intimate Project Music” a digital and vinyl electronic music label where he continues to regularly work releasing his own productions as well as providing a platform for fellow artists across the globe to release their creations.

AK maintains a consistent musical curiosity which continues to lead him into delving deeper into the electronic music scene.  Soon heading to Burning Man this year, AK’s musical career promises to continue to grow as he becomes immersed into the cultural vibrancy of the Burner community.

The People’s Dance Collective aka The PDC (Adam Murray) is an African-born and raised producer/DJ that calls Melbourne, Australia home.

The PDC is inspired by the euphoria of trance, the rugged nature of electro, and the deep emotional vibes of house.
His sets are energetic journeys that rediscover forgotten gems and showcase future classics. He inhabits a space where throwback house bombs sit comfortably italo, tech house, organic and afro house.
Early on he organised illegal parties in the Australian bush, with DIY stages and generators. Currently, The PDC is the founder of the mix and party series https://soundcloud.com/deephousemelbourne (DHM) with over 50 primo mixes from global DJs. DHM regularly throws a monthly party at various venues around Melbourne, including: Howler Brunswick, ATET, 29th Apartment, Rumbler Bar, Lucky Coq, Ferdydurke, Bodriggy Brewery, Section 8 & Killing Time Bar.

His breakthrough year was 2023, when he had the opportunity to play as a resident on Melbourne’s floating nightclub ATET. It was here he refined his regular daytime party set. The PDC Mix - Good Manors #11

Owl Farm 2024 was special - like coming home, but to a place where so much was new.

For a while I've been chatting with my old friend (and one of the hosts for this lovely weekend) on the phone, telling him that I suspected, from his words, that something special was brewing in Reno. 

Of course he was too humble to admit it, but over the weekend of Owl Farm, I got to see it in person, and I'm happy to say that I was right: what started as a tribute to a lost friend has truly become a great desert adventure.

The enthusiasm was everywhere - it felt like a new thing to so many there; even the other, older heads seemed to be caught up in it, and that made for a truly great weekend.

I tried to bring my best, as did other members of my old Good Friday Crew, and I believe we did, adding to the enormous effort, collaboration, and attention to detail that all the others involved brought as well.

It was a pleasure to see, and I hope that comes across in the music here.

Also, I can't wait to go back!

We continue our story with the deep, delicate sounds and beautiful music of Hiroyuki Kajino.

Hiroyuki is a driving force for dance music in Japan, having run some of the countries best record shops and pioneering the DJ mix format on FM Yokohama. Starting out as a new wave DJ and later on focusing on hip hop, he soon released a record on one Major Force, one of the most prevalent hip hop labels of the time. He later worked with Masabumi Kikuchi on deep house and  opened for the legendary Larry Levan of Paradise Garage fame. 

Today he’s focused on making new music and his sounds can be heard on labels such as All Day I Dream, Everything Will Be OK and Loot Recordings to name a few. His new remix with Yuichiro Kotani of SIlence Path “Alternative Reality” is a deep affair of rolling drums and warm piano melodies. We hope you enjoy the story Hiroyuki tells through his gentle rhythms and emotive style.
