This song has the ebb and flow of a relaxed human breathing at 120 bpm...inhale, exhale...repeat. The song makes me have visions of being submerged in a blood red dark hazy goo, then breaking out into the cold, and light. Growing up so quickly watching time pass by. Teens, 20's, then quickly to middle age when things seem to whip by again. Then going into the last stages of one's life, but still watching life be born, and grow around you, knowing there is less time ahead, and more time behind than you remember. Wondering all along the way what it's for...trying to hold onto the cherished memories as long as we can before our last breath. Its funny how even in the act of dying, we would struggle and deny, kill, or give birth to someone, something, anything, for the next breath...and the next one...and the next until the very last. It's okay, close your eyes now...they're waiting for you on the other side.

In One Breath

This is Part III of my 80´s Soundtrack Project and i´m so excited to finally put it online after lots of hours writing,tweaking, recording and mixing ! Think about an 80´s Filmsoundtrack made with lots of analog gear and "real Instruments" ! Cruising with a fast car thru Miami at night or day can be a suitable scenario. This time it features 2 of the most incredible Studio Guitar players in Hamburg and a very talented Singer ! Part II is being worked on so stay tuned !
Thanx to the whole Monte Research Crew: Roland, Simon, Stokely & Peter. This unique research project wouldn´t be sounding as it is right now without you guys ! There is so much more to this project i gonna make a short story long :-) Turn the volume UP and enjoy the ride !

Monte - Together Interlude Part III

Hi my name is Elliot and I am a 21 year old composer, pianist and guitarist from Hampshire. I recently achieved a high 2:1 on my music course at Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne. I already have another SoundCloud account for my commercial songwriting but this one is more for production music. I live and breathe music every today and to be a composer or live musician (or indeed both) is the dream. My film scoring style is generally orchestral sometimes with some electronic integration.

I take influences from Hans Zimmer, John Williams, Alan Silvestri, Randy Newman, Howard Shore, etc..

Looking for any work involving composition or playing also if anyone wants to do any collaborating musically.
