this is the live recording from our first ever long exposure club night ~ an e&b platform for long-form explorations through mood, dance and moment.

this was a real gorgeous test run, featuring a near-6 hour b2b between the homies greer & ola ~ a beaut ride through ambience, dub, breaks, trance and more ~ heaps of wubs and low-end motivation :)

We've got a special mix of drum & bass driving delights, courtesy of Meanjin-based artist & musician Akirpap. He's not one usually associated with this style, though he did come up during the golden era of drum & bass in this city—the Malaria Crew/Moon Bar/4ZZZ Cordelia St Warehouse, as well as playing drums for Meanjin's only live drum 'n' bass ensemble; old School Johnny’s ‘Impaac Bass’ outfit, back in the late 90s/early 2000s. He’s also warmed the stage for acts like Thievery Corporation, DJ Marky and DJ Patife.

Lots of musical liquid flavours, and rolling burners here for fans of Hospital, Spearhead, Makoto, London Electricity, Random Movement, Hugh Hardie.
