Echoes Divide is the kind of hard-rock force that doesn’t ask for attention—it takes it. 

Formed in Connecticut, but wired like a classic mega sonic arena act, the band forges a sound that stretches from the thunder of ’70s rock titans to the grit of ’90s grunge and the high-octane edge of modern heavy music with a mischievous soul.

It began as a solitary spark—Steve Maalt crafting riffs in the dark—until Tyler Musshorn stepped in, amplifying the vision and driving it toward a full-scale assault. 

After a long hunt for players who could match the pulse, power, and attitude, the project evolved with Brian D. Almeida (The Shape) on vocals, Rich Maxwell (ex-Zombi) on bass, and introducing Josh Allen on drums and percussion, into the five-man fire and steel machine now known as Echoes Divide.

Their core is hard rock in its purest, loudest, most legacy-driven form. Not an imitation—an evolution. 

Their sound carries the melodic weight of Hall of Fame giants like Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, the ferocity of ’80s arena giants, the venom and vulnerability of the grunge era, and the precision punch and buzz saw riffage of today’s modern heavy scene. 

With Brian D. Almeida (vocals), Steve Maalt (lead guitars), Tyler Musshorn (rhythm guitars, backing vocals), Rich Maxwell (bass, backing vocals), and Joshua Allen (drums and percussion), the band channels decades of rock’s most revered eras into something massive, cinematic, and unapologetically alive.

Echoes Divide writes with one mission: to make people feel. To turn nostalgia into new memories, kickstart your adrenaline, turn heartbreak into catharsis, and raw power into something listeners can carry with them long after the final chord fades.
