Pleij is a music producer from the Netherlands. He studied jazz piano at the Utrecht Conservatory of Music, and started playing keyboards for RnB artists such as YVES, Noa Lauryn and GINGE. After successful releases with GINGE and his instrumental hip hop band .multibeat he started his solo project. ‘about time’ is a soothing lo-fi track which perfectly embodies the whole Pleij’s EP atmosphere with its lazy synths, chill drums and groovy bass. Obviously always tinted with jazzy tones.
