You live within the physical body in order to experience this physical reality, to learn from it, to experience the joys, the sadness, the physicality. Your body is slowly aging and developing imbalance. This is because of the limitations, the repressed feelings create imbalance and if an imbalance is held for long enough, it creates a disease. This is the body giving you a message to let go of what you are holding on to. It is time to sit in meditation and to ask yourself, what is it I need to understand? What is it I need to release? Spirit help me in understanding, help me in releasing. 

Focus: The Angels are sending you love to support you in this proccess, to help you feel the energies that will allow you to communicate with your Innate Intelligence. 

Key Teaching: Within your DNA field  is that part of Self that is often called the Innate Intelligence. It is this Intelligence that actually operates the body, this Intelligence that guides the body in its daily processes and that supports you. The Innate Intelligence responds to your human aspect, and so if you are carrying negativity, hatred, your Innate honors you because you are creating an experience for yourself.  And so your Innate starts to work with the physical body, to give you the experience within, of what these images of anger, frustration, do to you in the physical. The physical body is an honoring of your Innate Intelligence to support you in your awakening process. It is part of your Quantum Self. It is time to talk to your Innate Intelligence, to communicate with it, to learn how to do this, so you can say to your Innate, help me understand these lessons in this disease, so that the body does not have to suffer, but feel healthy and strong.
