An exceptional DJ, Mysticisms label head, edits expert, an occasional writer for Test Pressing, and big time dub and balearic enthusiast. Most importantly, someone we have huge amounts of respect for, and whose selections we are massive fans of.

Dive into this beautiful mix which we've personally listened to many times already before finally putting it out. It's a true beaut. Mix of the Week #603: Sentinel Island Disco

New installment in courtesy of our friend Vadim from Disco.Very in Russia. A deep session through hiphop, street soul, RNB, downtempo house and various grooves. Here's a few words about the mix from the man himself:

"Thrilled to share this mix, recorded without any genre constraints or a strict time limit. It’s a bunch of records I dug up this year mixed with some old favorites I grabbed on the fly. The result is a blend of indie hip-hop, dancehall, and various styles of house, a lot of Brazilian jams in here—a reflection of my long-standing interest in the country’s music. I’ve also included a few Russian oddball tracks from some local 90s tapes. Just goes to show, the coolest stuff is sometimes right next door."
