Following the release of a fine solo EP from Lovanda, Iner's Dobro label returns to the multi-artist EP blueprint on which it built its' reputation. It's a typically strong offering all told, with no less than six cuts on offer. Check first Classonix's "Samba Collective", a brilliantly jaunty, percussive, and sun-soaked slab of Summery excellence, before turning your attention to the sample-heavy Afro-house of Anton Mo ("African Mania"), and the low-slung, low-tempo headiness of "Son 3" by Lavrutz. Elsewhere, classic US deep house vibes are provided by Redgz Franklin and UC Beatz ("For The Music"), Tiptoes reaches for driving beats, woozy chords and weighty sub-bass ("Baby Ting"), and Triem re-invents 'French Touch' house for the 21st century ("Saghalian Love").
