Bitcoin users are not protected by refund rights or chargebacks. Lots of regulatory issues and problems with black market crime. True? False?

This is literally the craziest thing I've ever heard. "Making money out of thin air".  I don't have time to go into why this makes no sense, but I'll keep listening.  The constant Chinese refrences are making me cringe. Is it REALLY big in China? 100,000 users total?

Complain WITHOUT a solution. Complaining with a solution is fabulous.
