Tapping in our Female Essence and Magic Happens !!!

Once in a while, the skies open, and magic happens!!! That was the afternoon of January 13th in Athens at our Venue, Kabeiria. 

Mridu, with the Ecstatic Raidance team, held the space for an Ecstatic Dance Cacao session. The team prepared the cacao with love and prayers for the new year 2024 to unfold, heal, and guide us into the light. The Circle's intention was to invite everyone to tap deeper into his/her/the female essence. The female essence represents unconditional love and all the qualities of softness, acceptance, kindness, and more. 

And BOOM, we did experience a session of wildness and softness simultaneously; the dancefloor was on fire for 2.5 hours, and people would not stop expressing, dancing, moving, and loving. We lift to the sky and dive deep at the same time. At the end of the session, there was a huge heart of laying bodies all in contact. We all stay there in silence, laughter, feeling, and breathing from one heart.

That set came out of an energetic transmission through the hands and heart of our DJ, Mridu, but also the presence of the Ecstatic Radiance team and each friend participating.

Ecstatic Radiance is a Community Healing Movement inspired by Mridu. 

Mridu is a somatic therapist & ecstatic dance DJ, at Ecstatic Radiance, he shares the healing gift of dance as a meditation, together with friends, they co-create and share the gift of healing and transformation. Music, Conscious Movement, Ecstatic Dance are some of the tools, together with  Celebration & Meditation.

I love to sing, and it developes naturally. At the moment I m member of the band Akasha - we are giving weekly Mantra Concerts for singing together. It happens in Yoga Vidya, Bad Meinberg, Germany. (26.01.14)
