A conscious meditative journey alternating Movement & Stillness, incorporating body, mind & soul. A holistic structure that facilitates Breathing, Relaxing, Receiving, Remembering, and owning the experience in every cell of your body with existential joy.

Using Ecstatic Dance we move through the body allowing the expression of natural body movements supported by world, tribal organic sounds and beats. When the physical body has become ecstatic, alive, joyful then the whole being is moving towards Joy & relaxation. Then space for the radiance of our infinity energy is open, the flow has started. Stillness becomes the natural outcome of body expression. Then we move into sitting relaxed in stillness.

In this space of stillness; the journey continues with a heart-focused guided journey, allowing the dynamics (of the heart) to expand and radiate a space of trust, vulnerability, and love. In this space, energy has started flowing again.

In this session we use the support of a pure organic Cacao Extract. We share a drop into the hand of each participant and boom ;-).

FSTU Ecstatic Dance with Mridu & Kaifi Eressos Garden June '21

Ecstatic Dance Phenomena with our resident dj and co-founder Mridu.
That Saturday at Armonia retreat center we all experience a very special session. We started the dance and some funny circumstances stopped us in the opening circle. In the meantime, more and more people kept on coming like the sessions interrupted for them to arrive.

Finally the dance started, in the pick of the wave when the energy and music were high up to the sky, was playing the historic track from "The Prodigy - Out of Space"  the sound system collapsed. It took us 3 4 minutes to bring the sound back. In that time the dancers kept on singing "I'm gon' send him to outer space To find another race" and drumming with their hands into the wooden floor. Fucking YES to that, to that spirit of spontaneity, connection, and aliveness.

An Intimate Ecstatic Dance at Paradesia Community on the east side of Crete Island. Meeting new places, communities and sharing Ecstatic Dance is always one of our causes, this time, we travel to the East side of Crete. That part of the big island of Crete is a less touristic, quiet, and retreat area of the busy and loud Crete.

What is best than a surprise? A change of plans !!! Remembering the last cooperation with On Prakash where the dance floor was 10cm in the air, I was ready for a crazy full-on session.

After 50 minutes on the dance, more than half of the participants were lying on the floor; then i realized that this session was asking for something else.

We float into a heartful, profound space where healing through soft movement was the case. Deep gratitude for life-giving this lesson flow with what is not what is in the mind.

Tapping in our Female Essence and Magic Happens !!!

Once in a while, the skies open, and magic happens!!! That was the afternoon of January 13th in Athens at our Venue, Kabeiria. 

Mridu, with the Ecstatic Raidance team, held the space for an Ecstatic Dance Cacao session. The team prepared the cacao with love and prayers for the new year 2024 to unfold, heal, and guide us into the light. The Circle's intention was to invite everyone to tap deeper into his/her/the female essence. The female essence represents unconditional love and all the qualities of softness, acceptance, kindness, and more. 

And BOOM, we did experience a session of wildness and softness simultaneously; the dancefloor was on fire for 2.5 hours, and people would not stop expressing, dancing, moving, and loving. We lift to the sky and dive deep at the same time. At the end of the session, there was a huge heart of laying bodies all in contact. We all stay there in silence, laughter, feeling, and breathing from one heart.

That set came out of an energetic transmission through the hands and heart of our DJ, Mridu, but also the presence of the Ecstatic Radiance team and each friend participating.

Allowing all the emotions and feelings to integrate with the wisdom that the body has. The mind can be confusing but the body always knows, is grounded in the here and now.

There the Ecstatic Dance is the vehicle for the divine to arise from with-in. Then ecstasy, love, kindness is not any more the question it is the clear answer.

Opening to new Horizons - Ecstatic Dance w Mridu 14.12.19 @ Phi Space, Chania, Crete

Pre-Welcoming the new year and decade with a very special Ecstatic Dance and Cacao Ceremony with Mridu & Poliana. We named this session “Dancing Hearts” cause that was ;-). 

We opened the space with a beautiful Cacao Ceremony held by Poliana, Nurturing, Meditative, Organic, welcoming and thanking mother earth for her fruits. Then Mridu took it over in a 2 hours Ecstatic Dance Session.
